Delivery locations and costs

We currently accept website orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only. Standard UK delivery is free for Travel Case preorders.

This restriction applies to new website orders. Existing Kickstarter pledges remain subject to their campaign delivery arrangements.

Travel Case preorders

The Travel Case is currently available to preorder and is not ready for immediate dispatch. Full payment is taken at checkout.

Our current estimated dispatch is end of 2026. Dispatch means when we send your order, rather than when it arrives.

This estimate depends on production, freight and quality checks. Please do not rely on delivery before a particular trip or event.

Production updates and delays

We will email you with production updates and any material changes to the estimated dispatch period.

If the estimate changes, we will explain the revised timing as clearly as possible. You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund by emailing hello@faravatravel.com with your order number.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights concerning delayed or undelivered orders.

Dispatch and delivery

We will email you when your order is dispatched and provide tracking information where available.

The carrier’s delivery estimate will be provided when available. Delivery time after dispatch is additional to the preorder waiting period.

Delivery address changes

Please check your delivery address when ordering. If you need to change it, email hello@faravatravel.com as soon as possible.

We will confirm whether the change can be made. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect it.

Missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries

If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact hello@faravatravel.com with your order number. Include photographs where helpful.

We remain responsible for goods sent using our delivery service until they reach you or a person you nominate to receive them. We will investigate delivery problems and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.
